寝起きに目薬をさすとあっという間に目が覚める。朝は眠気でまぶたが重いのではなく、実は目の中が乾燥して開けづらくなっているため、眠いと勘違いして二度寝をしようとしてしまう。そこで目薬で強制的に目を潤してやると、一瞬で目が覚める。 #有益なことをつぶやこう
